Flixel is a lightweight AI-powered tool designed to convert single images into 5-second dynamic videos with multiple styles. Our core goal is to provide users with a simple, efficient, and private creative experience. Importantly, Flixel does not require users to register an account or log in with any personal credentials to use its core functions. You can directly access all features of the app without providing any personal information such as your name, phone number, or email address, ensuring that your usage process is completely free of unnecessary personal data disclosure.
To provide the core service of converting images to videos, Flixel only collects the images that users actively upload. These images are used solely for the purpose of generating 5-second dynamic videos through our AI algorithm. We do not collect any other personal information, including but not limited to your device information, location data, browsing history, contact list, or any form of personal identification data. The images you upload are processed locally on your device or temporarily processed through our secure servers only to complete the video generation task, and we will not retain these images after the video is generated, unless you choose to save the generated video to your own device.
It is extremely important to emphasize that we do not collect any facial information from our users. We do not gather facial features, including but not limited to facial contours, facial expressions, facial landmarks, or any other facial data related to your appearance. Whether you upload an image containing a human face or not, Flixel will never extract, analyze, store, or use any facial information from the image. In addition to facial information, we also do not collect any biometric data, voice data, or any other sensitive personal information. We will never access your device's camera to capture images without your explicit permission, and even when you use the camera function within the app to take a photo for upload, we only process the photo you actively choose to upload and do not store or access any other photos or camera data on your device.
The only information we collect is the images you actively upload, and the sole purpose of collecting these images is to generate 5-second dynamic videos according to your selected style. Our AI algorithm processes the uploaded images to add dynamic effects, filters, and other styles, and then generates the corresponding short video. Once the video generation is completed, you can choose to preview, save, or share the video. We do not use the uploaded images or generated videos for any other purposes, such as advertising, data analysis, or third-party sharing. We will not sell, rent, or disclose any of your uploaded images or generated videos to any third party under any circumstances.
All images you upload and videos generated by the app are stored locally on your own device by default. We do not automatically upload or back up your images or videos to our servers. If you choose to save the generated video to your device, the video will be stored in your device's local storage, and you have full control over this data, including the right to delete it at any time. We take strict security measures to protect the data processed during the video generation process, ensuring that your uploaded images and generated videos are not accessed, modified, or leaked by any unauthorized parties. Since we do not collect or store any facial information or other sensitive personal data, there is no risk of such data being leaked.

We do not share any of your data with third parties, including but not limited to advertising companies, data analytics firms, or social platforms. The entire process of using Flixel is independent and private, and no third party will have access to your uploaded images, generated videos, or any other usage data.
You have full control over all data related to your use of Flixel. You can choose to upload or not upload any image, and you can delete any generated video from your device at any time. Since we do not collect or store any of your personal information or usage data on our servers, you do not need to request data deletion from us. All data generated during your use of the app is stored locally on your device, and you have the absolute right to manage and delete this data.
